copper alloy is prepared from the following components in percentage by
mass: 6.0-7.5% of Ni, 1.0-1.4% of Si, 0.8-1.2% of Nb, 0.5-0.8% of Sn, 0.1-0.15% of Mg, 0.1-0.15% of Cr and the balance of Cu and inevitable impurities. The alloy preparation process comprises the following steps:
smelting, performing semicontinuous
casting, uniformly annealing, carrying out hot rolling, carrying out cold rolling, performing
solid solution, performing combined aging (pre-aging treatment, cold-rolling and aging treatment), performing finish rolling, and annealing at low temperature. The ultrahigh-strength high-
