alloy heat treatment. The heat treatment method comprises the step of two-stage
solid solution treatment conducted on the high-
lithium-content cast aluminum-lithium
alloy and the step of two-stage
ageing treatment conducted on the high-lithium-content cast aluminum-lithium alloy. In the step of two-stage
solid solution treatment, the high-lithium-content cast aluminum-lithium alloy is subjected to
solid solution heat preservation for 5-20 h at the temperature
ranging from 500 DEG C to 540 DEG C, then, the temperature is increased to 560 DEG C, and
solid solution heat preservation is conducted for 20-40 h. In the step of two-stage
ageing treatment, the alloy subjected to two-stage
solid solution treatment is subjected to
ageing heat preservation for 8-24 h at the temperature
ranging from 125 DEG C to 150 DEG C, and then ageing heat preservation is conducted for 8-24 h when the temperature is increased to 175 DEG C-190 DEG C. According to the high-temperature two-stage
solid solution and two-stage ageing heat treatment technology, the number of massive unbalanced intercrystalline compounds caused by the high lithium content is greatly reduced, the separated-out strengthening phase in the ageing process is greatly refined, the high-lithium-content cast aluminum-lithium alloy has
low density and high strength, meanwhile, the
plasticity of the alloy is greatly improved, and accordingly the application range of the aluminum-lithium alloy is enlarged.
