Method for preparing aldehydes and ketones by using oxygen gas to oxidize alcohols

The present invention relates to chemical reaction process of oxidizing alcohol with oxygen to prepare aldehyde or ketone, and is especially an alcohol oxidizing process with 2, 2, 6, 6-tetramethyl piperidine nitroxide free radical as catalyst. In organic solvent, and in the presence of catalyst comprising TEMPO, sodium nitrite and transition metal salt, alcohol is oxidized to produce aldehyde or ketone. The process has the alcohol, TEMPO, sodium nitrite and transition metal salt in the weight ratio of 100 to 1-5 to 1-10 to 1-10, oxygen pressure of 0.1-0.8 MPa, reaction temperature of 0-80 deg.c and reaction time of 1-24 hr. The present invention has the advantages of mild reaction condition, easy control, low cost, high safety and environment friendship.

Preparation method for metal organic framework-derived tricobalt tetroxide-modified titanium dioxide nanotube array

The invention discloses a preparation method for a metal organic framework-derived tricobalt tetroxide-modified titanium dioxide nanotube array. The method comprises the following steps: firstly performing pretreatment on a titanium sheet substrate material; performing electrochemical treatment on the treated titanium substrate material by using an ethylene glycol solution containing ammonium fluoride and water as an electrolyte, and performing calcination by using a muffle furnace to change a titanium dioxide crystal form; secondly, performing cobalt hydroxide electrodeposition by means of athree-electrode electrochemical workstation and by using cobalt nitrate hexahydrate as an electrolyte, a titanium dioxide nanotube array as a working electrode, a platinum sheet as a negative electrode and silver/silver chloride as a reference electrode; performing hydrothermal treatment on the titanium dioxide nanotube array to form ZIF-67 in situ; and finally, performing secondary calcination byusing a muffle furnace to obtain the ZIF-67-derived porous tricobalt tetroxide-modified titanium dioxide nanotube array. The method disclosed by the invention can effectively improve absorption capacity of TiO2 on visible light, promote separation of electron hole pairs, and improve photocatalytic degradation efficiency of organic pollutants.

Clock recovery circuit

A clock recovery circuit comprises a phase comparator detecting phase differences between input data and sampling clocks and outputs them as pulse signals of two values of advanced and delayed, a low-pass filter reducing frequencies of the pulse signals outputted from the phase comparator and outputs reduced frequencies, a control signal generator monitoring the reduced frequencies and generates a phase control signal used to adjust the phase of each sampling clock to be small or large based on the ratio of the advanced and delayed signals, a phase interpolator adjusting the phase of each sampling clock upon receiving the phase control signal, and a frequency divider dividing the sampling clock having the adjusted phase by a predetermined frequency division ratio to output it, and controls the low-pass filter and control signal generator based on the frequency divided output.
