The invention discloses a method for manufacturing
torreya grandis oil through low temperature squeezing. The method comprises the following steps: (1) collecting and hulling: performing decrustation, stack
retting postripeness and
drying on collected
torreya grandis, removing hulls of obtained
torreya grandis seeds to obtain
torreya grandis seed kernels, and meanwhile, collecting the hulls of the
torreya grandis seeds for later use; (2) cold
drying: after selecting the
torreya grandis seed kernels, performing solarization or cold
drying on the selected torreya grandis seed kernels until the
moisture content is equal to or less than 7%; (3) mechanical low-temperature squeezing: controlling the
moisture content of the torreya grandis seed kernels within the range of 5 to 9%, mixing the torreya grandis seed kernels with the hulls of the torreya grandis seeds, and then conveying the mixture to a pressofiner to perform low temperature squeezing to obtain torreya grandis
crude oil; (4) filtering and purifying: performing filter pressing on the torreya grandis
crude oil to obtain squeezed oil; and (5)
winterization: injecting the squeezed oil into a
winterization pot, slowly cooling the squeezed oil to 4 DEG C to perform
winterization, filtering obtained winterization oil, then repeating winterization once, and filtering to obtain torreya grandis product oil. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the
processing steps are simple; the
operability is strong; the loss of nutritional ingredients is less; the yield of extraction is high; and the squeezed oil is good in quality.
