A silicon oxynitride film is formed on a target substrate by CVD, in a process field configured to be selectively supplied with a first process gas containing a chlorosilane family gas, a second process gas containing an oxidizing gas, and a third process gas containing a nitriding gas. This method alternately includes first to sixth steps. The first, third, and fifth steps perform supply of the first, second, and third process gases, respectively, while stopping supply of the other two process gases. Each of the second, fourth, and sixth steps stops supply of the first to third process gases. The third and fifth steps include an excitation period of supplying the second and third process gases, respectively, to the process field while exciting the respective process gases by an exciting mechanism.

Method for Removing Dissolved Solids from Aqueous Waste Streams

A method for removing dissolved solids from a waste stream, such as that produced in flue gas scrubbing, through an evaporation-crystallization process operated at relatively low temperature. A waste stream is directed into an evaporator and heated at a temperature of less than 60° C. at a pressure below atmospheric pressure. The waste stream is concentrated through the evaporation process and forms a slurry stream having crystallized solids. At the low temperature of evaporation, the solids crystallize at substantially lower temperature and the solution has a substantially lower boiling point elevation than at atmospheric pressure. The slurry stream is directed to a solid-liquid separator where the crystallized solids in the slurry stream are separated, producing a solid cake and mother liquor.

The temperature and humidity in the cabinet can be controlled within designated scope automatically and constantly. Greatly improved is an initial efficiency, which would be otherwise low as a fault, without reducing a magnitude of an initial charge capacity, which is a feature of a lithium secondary battery using an SiO as an negative electrode. A cycle characteristic is improved. In order to realize the improvements, a thin film of silicon oxide formed by vacuum vapor deposition or sputtering as an negative electrode active material layer 32 on a surface of a collector 31. The thin film is formed preferably by means of an ion plating method. The silicon oxide is SiOx (0.5≦x<1.0) and a film thickness is in the range of from 0.1 to 50 μm. A vacuum vapor deposition source that is used is an SiO deposit having a weight decrease percent (a rattler value) in a rattler test of 1.0% or less. In vacuum vapor deposition, the surface of the collector 31 is applied with a cleaning treatment in a vacuum or an inert atmosphere and thereafter, a thin film of silicon oxide is formed on the surface of the collector without exposing the surface of the collector to the air atmosphere.

The rapid construction method comprises the following steps that (1) a BIM structural model of the arched pipe truss is established; (2) horizontal integrated pre-assembly and segment welding are performed in a factory for the pipe truss to form truss bodies to be transport to a site; (3) the truss bodies are assembled to form two main trusses; (4) in-span brackets are installed; (5) the two main trusses are lifted and welded to connect the two main trusses into the pipe truss; (6) the assembled pipe truss is lifted in place to complete installation of the pipe truss; (7) the steps 2-6 are repeated to form two pipe trusses, a secondary truss and a roof support are installed, so that the installed part forms a whole force system; and (8) the steps 2-7 are repeated until all pipe trusses are installed. According to the rapid construction method of the arched pipe truss, in-span vertical one-time splicing rapid construction of the arched pipe truss can be completed in the case of poor on-site site conditions, the risks of working at height are reduced, the construction period is ensured, the construction cost is saved, and multiple purposes are achieved at one stroke.

The inclusion of a small percentage of semiconductor material, such as 2% within the metal layer, reduces the temperatures required for crystallization of the amorphous semiconductor by at least 50° C. in comparison to the use of the metal layer without the small percentage of semiconductor material. During a low temperature isothermal annealing process adjacent Al-2% Si and a-Si films undergo a layer exchange resulting in formation of a continuous polycrystalline silicon film having good physical and electrical properties. Low Temperature Sol-Gel Silicates As Dielectrics or Planarization Layers For Thin Film Transistors

Traditionally, sol-gel silicates have been reported as being high temperature processable at 400 C to give reasonably dense films that showed good leakage current densities (<5×10−8 A / cm2). Recently we have discovered that we are able to prepare films from particular combinations of sol-gel silicate precursors that cure at 135° C. to 250° C. and give good leakage current density values (9×10−9 A / cm2 to 1×10−10 A / cm2) as well, despite the decrease in processing temperatures. These are some of the first examples of silicates being cured at lower temperatures where the leakage current density is sufficient low to be used as low temperature processed or solution processable or printable gate dielectrics for flexible or lightweight thin film transistors. These formulations may also be used in the planarization of stainless steel foils for thin film transistors and other electronic devices.

Spontaneous nucleation growth method for thallium bromide single-crystal

The invention provides a method for growing thallium bromide monocrystal by spontaneous nucleation, comprising the following steps of: 1) filling a thallium bromide material into a cylindrical ampoule with diameter of 8 to 15mm, vacuumizing, sealing, and processing one end of the ampoule into a cone with the cone angle between 15 and 45 degrees; 2) placing the ampoule into a vertical tube furnace with the conical end towards the bottom of the furnace, heating the vertical tube furnace to enable the temperature of the thallium bromide material in the conical tip not to be lower than the melting point of thallium bromide, raising the temperature from the conical tip upward to the inside of a top area of the thallium bromide material with the temperature gradient between 1.0 and 1.5 DEG C/mm, and then, insulating; 3) reducing the temperature of the tube furnace to between 450 and 460 DEG C at the speed between 1 and 5 DEG C/h; and 4) cooling the ampoule to room temperature along with the furnace. Because a heater and the ampoule are not required to be moved, the invention saves the complicated mechanical transmission device, simplifies the technology and reduces cost. The ampoule and the heater are both fixed, the temperature field is stable, heat inside the crystal and molten mass is uniformly distributed, a convex growth interface can be easily acquired, and the thallium bromide with good integrity and considerable size can be grown.
