ion imprinted material for rapid color development and detection of
copper ions and a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving diphenyl
semicarbazide and CuCl2 in a proper amount of an
ethanol solution according to a
molar ratio of 2:1, carrying out ultrasonic treatment until the diphenyl
semicarbazide and CuCl2 are completely dissolved, and stirring and pre-polymerizing at
room temperature for 3 hours to obtain a solution 1; adding azodiisobutyronitrile and
ethylene glycol dimethacrylate into the
toluene solution, and mixing and dissolving to obtain a solution 2; mixing the two solutions, and adding a
hydroxyethyl cellulose solution; oscillating for 6 hours at the temperature of 70 DEG C under the
oxygen-free condition of introducing N2; and washing, eluting and
drying to obtain the target material. According to the invention, an
ion imprinting technology and a chemical developing technology are organically combined to obtain the developing imprinting material capable of rapidly and specifically detecting trace
copper ions. The preparation method is simple, good in selectivity and reusable; and the method is high in color development speed, can complete detection within one minute, is reliable in result, and can be used for quickly detecting
copper ions in an actual
water sample.
