Embodiment Construction

[0025] The present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, so that those skilled in the art can implement it with reference to the description.

[0026] Preparation of glassy carbon electrodes surface-modified with aminated graphene and β-cyclodextrin:

[0027] Step 1. Grind the outer surface of the glassy carbon electrode with sandpaper with a particle size of 10-14 μm for 2 minutes, place the polished glassy carbon electrode in ultrapure water, and ultrasonicate in a water bath for 3 minutes. The temperature of the ultrasonic bath in the water bath is 30°C;

[0028] Step 2. The glassy carbon electrode after ultrasonication in a water bath is placed in chromatographically pure petroleum ether, soaked for 5 minutes, the glassy carbon electrode is taken out from the petroleum ether, and the petroleum ether on the surface of the glassy carbon electrode is cleaned and removed;

[0029] Step 3. Place the glassy carbon elec...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for detecting the concentration of cadmium ions. The method comprises the following steps: preparing a glass carbon electrode of which the surface is provided with modified aminated graphene and a beta-cyclodextrin composite material; adding a to-be-detected solution into a buffer solution to obtain a to-be-detected mixed solution; detecting the to-be-detected mixed solution by using a three-electrode system; obtaining a voltage-current curve according to square wave of the cadmium ions; acquiring the concentration of the cadmium ions in the to-be-detected mixed solution according to a cadmium ion standard linear equation, wherein each working electrode in the three-electrode system is the glass carbon electrode of which the surface is provided with modified aminated graphene and beta-cyclodextrin. The method disclosed by the invention is simple, easy to operate and low in requirements for detection conditions and has the effect of greatly improving the sensitivity of the cadmium ions. The detection limit of the method on the cadmium ions is as high as 1.1x10<-7>mol / L.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for detecting the concentration of cadmium ions. Background technique [0002] Cadmium ion is one of the most harmful toxic metal ions. It can accumulate in the body of humans and other animals through the food chain, causing diseases such as liver disease, lung disease and chronic encephalitis. In 1987, cadmium ions were identified as II A carcinogens by the International Union for Prevention of Cancer, so the detection of cadmium ions is particularly important. The development of a method with high sensitivity, high selectivity and rapid detection of cadmium ions has also become the goal pursued by analytical scientists. Atomic absorption spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, etc. have been reported to detect cadmium ions, but they all have the disadvantages of expensive instruments, inability to detect on-site, complicated pretreatment, high maintenance costs, etc., and cannot be widely popularized. Therefore, the esta...
