system, an outlet concentration predication model, an optimization
control system of an executing mechanism, and a continuous adjustment system of the executing mechanism, which are communicated in sequence, wherein the field instrument
signal acquisition system is connected with a desulfurization
tower; the field instrument
signal acquisition system iscommunicated with the optimization
control system of the executing mechanism; the continuous adjustment system of the executing mechanism is communicated with the field instrument
signal acquisition system. According to the accurate predication control and energy saving system,
intelligent control of a desulfurization process is realized by utilizing model predication and optimization calculation;a
control level is improved and stable operation of the system is ensured; meanwhile, the
energy consumption is reduced and the cost is reduced, so that energy saving and efficiency increasing of a wet-process desulfurization
technology system are realized; the accurate predication control and energy saving system and method are applicable to fields adopting the wet-process desulfurization technology, such as thermal power plants, steel works and industrial
coal-fired boilers.
