The invention discloses a
DC capacitor for a super high power three-level
inverter. The
capacitor is formed by a shell, cores, wiring terminals, filled resin and a
pressure release valve. The shell comprises a shell body, a shell bottom and a shell cover. Each of the cores comprises elements, a connection
copper foil, an intermediate insulation piece, a fixed insulation plate, an insulation protection piece, a bottom insulation piece, an electrical wire outlet
copper foil, corner protectors, a
bandage and a cover insulation piece. The wiring terminals are installed on the
capacitor shell cover and are connected to the electrical wire outlet
copper foils of the cores, and each of the wiring terminals is formed by an insulator, a round nut, a guide rod and a sealing ring. The
pressure release valve is installed on the
capacitor shell cover. The filled resin comprises resin filled in the gaps between the cores, the gaps between the elements, and the gaps between the cores and the shell and is
polyurethane. The
DC capacitor of the invention has the advantages of a small heating quantity, good heat dissipation performance, high insulation and electric resistance, strong endurance to large current,
low inductance,
safe operation,
dryness, no oil and no leakage.
