The invention relates to a preparation method of salt-resistant water-absorbent resin with a high water
absorption rate. The preparation method comprises the following step: copolymerizing monomers
acrylic acid and 2-
acrylamide-2-methyl propanesulfonic acid through a free
radical polymerization method by taking water as a
solvent, taking an
ammonium persulfate and tetramethyl
ethylenediamine redox system as an initiator, and taking N, N'-
methylene bisacrylamide and nanosilicon dioxide as cross-linking agents to obtain the salt-resistant water-absorbent resin with the high water
absorption rate. The salt-resistant water-absorbent resin with the high water
absorption rate is applied to the fields such as
agriculture,
forestry, medicines, hygienic materials, buildings, daily-use
chemical industry, food and
environmental protection. According to the method disclosed by the invention, synthesis
reaction conditions are mild, materials are easily available, cost is low,
monomer conversation rate is high and product treatment is convenient. The prepared salt-resistant water-absorbent resin in high in water adsorption amount, and has a water-absorption multiple about 2000 times at most within 1 minute in pure water, and the water-absorption multiple of 1800 times at most within 1 minute in normal
saline; besides, the resin has good
adaptation for different application conditions, and is convenient to popularize and apply.
