coating, pressure-sensitive
adhesive layers attached to two surfaces of the
coating and
polyester protective films on two sides of the
coating, wherein the phase-change coating is obtained by mixing an
adhesive, an
organic solvent and a phase-change microcapsule material to prepare
slurry, coating the surface of a
polyester film with the
slurry and performing high-temperature
drying, and the
polyester film protective layer is obtained by coating the polyester film with a pressure-sensitive
adhesive and
drying at high temperature. According to the invention, the product can be used multiple times at 130 DEG C and under the pressure of 1MPa, and has good
energy storage and
temperature control capabilities and durability; and the energy-storage phase-change film
composite material is high in phase-change
enthalpy value, high in heat storage and
absorption capacity, small in thickness, high in
temperature control capacity, good in bendability, capable of being attached to a plane, capable of being rolled into the coiled material, convenient to store and use, capable of adapting to various
machining and using environments, suitable for being used in various scenes and capable ofconducting good
heat management on various electronic products.
