Spectral imaging system for remote and noninvasive detection of target substances using spectral filter arrays and image capture arrays

An approach to noninvasively and remotely detect the presence, location, and / or quantity of a target substance in a scene via a spectral imaging system comprising a spectral filter array and image capture array. For a chosen target substance, a spectral filter array is provided that is sensitive to selected wavelengths characterizing the electromagnetic spectrum of the target substance. Elements of the image capture array are optically aligned with elements of the spectral filter array to simultaneously capture spectrally filtered images. These filtered images identify the spectrum of the target substance. Program instructions analyze the acquired images to compute information about the target substance throughout the scene. A color-coded output image may be displayed on a smartphone or computing device to indicate spatial and quantitative information about the detected target substance. The system desirably includes a library of interchangeable spectral filter arrays, each sensitive to one or more target substances.

The invention discloses a remediation agent for treating arsenic contaminated soil and a usage of the remediation agent. The remediation agent comprises the following raw materials by mass: 5-30% of oxidant, 30-70% of iron-based compound and 10-60% of mineral material. The raw materials are respectively ground into materials with particle size not smaller than 200 meshes and are mixed uniformly according to the proportion. The usage of the remediation agent for treating the arsenic contaminated soil comprises the following steps that: the arsenic content and the leaching toxicity of the to-be-treated contaminated soil are detected; the remediation agent with different ratios according to the degree of contamination is paved on the surface of the to-be-treated soil; the soil is turned over and uniformly mixed to form the mixed soil; the water content in the mixed soil is kept not to be less than 25% by adding water; a moisturizing material is covered on the mixed soil; and the mixed soil is cured for at least 5 days in order to allow the remediation agent in the mixed soil to be reacted with unstable arsenic in the heavy metal contaminated soil; and the generated insoluble arsenate sediment is stabilized, so that the cured soil can meet the environment protection requirements.

The invention provides a novel column-shaped three-dimensional cultivation method and device for medical dendrobium. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps of making a cultivation device serving as an auxiliary article in a hollow column-shaped body structure; filling a cultivation medium in the interior cavity of the hollow column-shaped body, wherein the hollow column-shaped body is at least 0.5 m in height and at least 8 cm in diameter, the external surface of the hollow column-shaped body is uniformly provided with seedling planting areas, and a cultivation medium composition mainly comprises the following raw materials in parts by volume: 5-15 parts of barks, 10-30 parts of saw dust and 3-10 parts of vermiculite; selecting healthily-growing seedlings to be hardened and then washing the hardened seedlings during cultivating and transplanting the dendrobium seedlings; and after sterilizing by using 800-1000 times of liquid carbendazim, transplanting the seedlings in different plant bunches according to the seedling planting areas, wherein row spaces of the transplanted plants are 4-6 cm*10-15 cm. Compared with the prior art, the cultivation method provided by the invention is very suitable for growth habits of the wild medical dendrobium; and the medical dendrobium cultivated by using the invention has the advantages of easiness for material obtaining, low cost, long service life, good water retention and fertilizer securing effects, high planting density, land utilization rate capable of being increased by 6-7 times, high and stable yield, good product quality and convenience for management.

According to the sectional three-dimensional structure, a soil layer of the saline-alkali soil to be desalted is subjected to ditching at the depth of 90-100 cm, and underground pipes are buried in a manner that the burying spacing is 20-30 m and the inclination angle is 1-3 DEG, so as to form an underground-pipe drainage layer; soil of a sectional surface layer of the soil layer is grooved at the depth of 40-45 cm and is stacked in an open space aside, and straws are laid uniformly after the surface of soil is leveled, so as to form a straw isolating layer with the thickness of 5-8 cm; and chopped straws and desulfation gypsum are added into the soil of the surface layer, which is stacked aside, the chopped straws, the desulfation gypsum and the soil of the surface layer are mixed uniformly, composite soil with the thickness of 10-15 cm is laid on the straw isolating layer, infiltrating irrigation capillaries are laid in the spacing of 0.8-2 m, and rest composite soil is then laid and is leveled, so as to form a straw and gypsum mixed cultivation layer. The sectional three-dimensional structure has the advantages that the sectional three-dimensional structure is organically combined into a whole up and down, the effects on the fast desalting and soil improvement and effective salinization process inhibition of the new tidal marsh reclamation area are remarkable, and the improvement cycle for the saline-alkali soil of the new reclamation area can be shortened effectively.
