inverted triangle bracket fixed to the front side surface of a
bed, a
grinding mechanism for
grinding a to-be-ground workpiece, a supporting unit located below the grinding mechanism and used for supporting and moving the to-be-ground workpiece, and a cooling mechanism fixed to the front side surface of the
bed are arranged on the front side of the
bed; the grinding mechanism is provided with a pay-off wheel, a take-up wheel, a left guide wheel, a right guide wheel and a contact wheel; the pay-off wheel and the take-up wheel are connected with the front side surface of the bed, are located on the two sides of the bottom corners of the
inverted triangle bracket respectively and are used for winding
a diamond wire; the left guide wheel, the right guide wheel and the contact wheel are arranged on the
inverted triangle bracket and used for arranging the
diamond wire between the pay-off wheel and the take-up wheel into
a diamond wire row through supporting; the supporting unit is provided with a vertical moving mechanism and a horizontal moving mechanism; the vertical moving mechanism is arranged on a
coolant recovery tank of the cooling mechanism and used for driving the to-be-ground workpiece to move vertically; and the horizontal moving mechanism is arranged on the vertical moving mechanism and used for driving the to-be-ground workpiece to move horizontally. A situation that the precision is affected due to blocking of
cutting chips is prevented effectively, the
cutting heat is reduced, and the probability of
heat injury to the surface of the workpiece is reduced.
