The invention discloses a method for sludge treating through a metallurgical sintering process. The method comprises following steps: A, sludge pre-treatment, specifically, sludge is subjected to water removal; B1, non-free water removal, specifically, quick lime and the sludge subjected to water removal are mixed and have a reaction, and a sludge mixture is obtained; C1, burdening, specifically,the obtained sludge mixture and other raw materials are mixed uniformly, and a sintering mixture is obtained; D, blending and granulation, specifically, the sintering mixture is subjected to primary mixing and secondary mixing through a mixing machine to obtain a sintering blending material; and E, sintering, specifically, the sintering blending material is put into a sintering machine trolley tobe sintered. Effective chemical components in sewage sludge and ferrous metallurgy dedusting ash are used for metallurgy sintering, and resource utilization is achieved.
