brake pad prepared based on the friction material has the special heat conduction characteristics that the heat
conductivity in the direction of the friction surface is very good, the heat
conductivity in the thickness direction of the
brake pad is relatively low, in the braking process, the
brake pad can release heat generated by braking in time, local hot spots are prevented from being formed on the
brake pad or a brake disc, and therefore, the copper-free friction material has very good characteristics of recession resistance,
wear resistance, shaking resistance and the like.
