atmosphere, the situation that the operation is performed in vacuum or on the presence of
inert gases is avoided, the diffusion time is shortened, the temperature is reduced, the phenomena that matrix tissue grows, the
mechanics properties of a matrix are degraded and pitting or burning loss happens to the surface, are avoided, and moreover the method requires lowly on equipment, is easy to operate, low in cost and beneficial for application in industrial production.
