signal generated by the pulse trigger device is used for triggering the centering detection device of the
wind driven generator high-speed shaft to measure centering data; c, every time the
wind driven generator high-speed shaft rotates by a circle, centering data with the set time number are measured, and through the
wireless transmission manner, the centering data are transmitted to a
signal processing module; d, the measured data are analyzed, the actual measuring deviation values
delta x,
delta y and
delta theta are obtained, through comparison of values of the actual measuring deviation and the allowable deviation and the acute measuring deviation and the preset limit deviation, the real-time centering state of a unit is analyzed, the unit centering state is sent to a master
control system, according to the corresponding centering state, the unit control strategy is adjusted, early warning or alarm signals are sent out, and unit safety is ensured; the invention further provides a wind driven generator high-speed shaft dynamic centering
monitoring system. Through the
system and method, the dynamic centeringstate of the high-speed shaft can be effectively monitored, and the unit running reliability can be improved.
