The invention discloses a high-adaptability aerospace craft program design method, a spaceborne computer and an aerospace craft, and the method comprises the steps: S1, not embedding flight program content in satellite service software, setting a flight program which needs a satellite to autonomously run according to time as a program control instruction which is sequentially executed according to a time sequence, storing the program control instruction set into a first memory of a spaceborne computer; storing the satellite service software program into a second memory of the satellite-borne computer; and S2, synchronously and respectively debugging, verifying and upgrading the flight program and the satellite service software. According to the method, the autonomous operation of the satellite according to the flight program is realized based on the program control instruction set, and the design iteration of the flight program and the whole development process of the whole satellite are performed in parallel, so that the period and the cost are greatly reduced, the use requirements of the low-orbit satellite giant constellation are fully adapted, and a foundation is laid for better establishment of the low-orbit satellite giant constellation.
