The gain optical fiber is a ytterbium-doped optical fiber, an erbium-doped optical fiber or a thulium-doped optical fiber. The connection optical fiber is a single-mode optical fiber. The preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out nucleophilic polycondensation on a platinum-aromatic alkyne difluorobenzene sulfone monomer, aromatic organic bisphenol and 4, 4-difluorodiphenyl sulfone to obtain the soluble polyarylether sulfone copolymer with the main chain containing platinum aromatic alkyne. A polymer optical limiting material is prepared by introducing the platinum aromatic alkyne into a main chain structure of polyarylether, so that the application of the platinum aromatic alkyne is separated from a single solution system, a polymer solid optical limiting element with excellent thermal stability and mechanical performance is constructed, and the element has excellent third-order nonlinear optical effect and optical limiting performance.
