The invention relates to a detecting method for an energy
detector based on weighting and combining of
detection rate and
false alarm rate. For the suppose H0 that a
radio frequency spectrum
signal x (t) exists and the suppose H1 that the
radio frequency spectrum
signal x (t) does not exist, whether the
signal x (t) existing in a received signal y (t) or not is detected. The method comprises the steps as follows: 1, the weighting factors of the
detection rate and the weighting factors of the
false alarm rate are set; 2, weighting and combining are implemented on the
detection rate Pd and the
false alarm rate Pfa to form a target function P (gamma); 3, the P (gamma) is set as a target optimization function, and a
decision threshold gamma for energy detection is obtained through the target optimization function; 4, the energy E of the signal y (t) received in a time which is equal to or more than 0, and is equal to or less than T is calculated by a squarer and an
integrator; and 5, a decider decides according to the difference value of the
decision threshold gamma and the energy E of the signal y (t) to judge whether the signal x (t) exists or not. The detecting method for the energy
detector based on weighting and combining of detection rate and false alarm rate has the advantages that the detecting method can flexibly adjust the
decision threshold of the energy
detector according to different requirements of a
system on the detection rate and the false alarm rate, has large dynamic scope on the decision threshold and has high signal sensing and detection accuracy, has simple
system structure and short detection time, and is suitable for
frequency spectrum detection of any signal.
