Problems solved by technology

[0008] 2. Insufficiency of acoustic emission signal processing method
However, in actual situations, complex components may simultaneously produce multiple acoustic emission phenomena due to interaction at a certain moment, so the acoustic emission signal collected by the sensor is a mixed signal of multiple signal sources, and the signal reaches the sensor due to the signal propagation path produce different degrees of delay, so the mixed signal is a convolutional signal

Embodiment 1

[0060] Embodiment 1, an implementation example of an acoustic emission cloud sensor system.

[0061] The above-mentioned cloud sensor system was deployed in an oil production plant in Huabei Oilfield, and the cloud sensor nodes were installed on the gearboxes of three pumping units to perform real-time acoustic emission monitoring of the operating status of the pumping unit gearboxes. Using the server to build a private cloud computing platform, the real-time data of the three cloud sensor nodes are analyzed by acoustic emission. image 3 shown.

[0062] 1. Balance comparison: judge whether the pumping unit is balanced in the operation stage shown in the figure by analyzing and comparing the frequency components of the five-way signals obtained by comparison. If it is balanced, the upper left corner will display a green light; if it is unbalanced, the upper left corner will display yellow light.

[0063] 2. Abnormal comparison: by analyzing and comparing the frequency compon...

Abstract

The invention discloses an AE network intelligent sensor system, which aims at the distributed remote dynamic real-time monitoring of equipment and is composed of several main parts of an acoustic emission sensor, an embedded system, mobile agent cloud computing and the like, i.e. an acoustic emission sensor module, a signal acquisition module, a microprocessor module and a data transmission module are integrated into a sensor network node, and real-time cooperative processing is carried out on sound emission signals by utilizing a cloud computing technology to realize real-time monitoring onthe state of equipment or a key structure body, and the sound emission sensor adopts a 50KHz-1MHz broadband piezoelectric acoustic emission sensor for signal perception of the system. The acoustic emission network intelligent sensor system has the advantages that the design scheme based on cloud computing solves the problem that data management and distributed remote testing are difficult to carryout in a centralized mode in traditional acoustic emission detection. The strong computing capability of cloud computing can be used for quickly processing the acoustic emission signals, the real-time requirement of field detection is met, and the detection cost is undoubtedly reduced for distributed remote tests popularized in a large area.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the fields of non-destructive testing, signal processing and intelligent sensors, in particular to an AE network intelligent sensor system. Background technique [0002] With the promotion of industrial modernization on a global scale, the pace of industrial production is getting faster and faster, and efficient production methods also bring many problems to industrial equipment. Large-scale engineering structures and infrastructure, such as oil production platforms, bridges, military installations, and pipeline systems such as oil transportation and water supply, have a service life of several decades. However, in the long-term use process, due to fatigue aging of components or material corrosion caused by the external environment, it may cause its failure, so that unexpected accidents may occur and cause huge losses. In accidents, except for some irresistible natural factors, catastrophic accidents of large-scale engineering...
