The invention relates to a grid-distributed
system for real-time monitoring and
processing industrial dust. The
system comprises a monitoring center and a plurality of monitoring and
processing unitswhich are grid-distributed in a
production area and respectively establish communication connections with the monitoring center. The technical scheme is that: the monitoring and
processing unit comprises a data communication module, an
air quality monitoring terminal connected with the data communication module by
wired communication, an intelligent early warning module, a ventilation and dust suppression module, and a device
abnormality monitoring module. The grid-distributed
system for real-time monitoring and processing industrial dust has high reliability and high
usability, the problem that the existing industrial dust
monitoring system is unfavorable for the monitoring of the dust monitoring terminal and
data transmission module is fundamentally solved. Therefore, manual tasks of staffs are limited to device maintenance and
fault handling, the
impact of uncertainties, such as
human fatigue, on
monitoring data is minimized, the closed-loop integration structure of ''monitoring andprocessing'' of air quality in production workshops is realized. Meanwhile, the grid-distributed system for real-time monitoring and processing industrial dust is independent of the
