The invention relates to a process for micro foaming of an assembly type building light wallboard. The process for micro foaming comprises a step (1) of slurry preparation, wherein the slurry is prepared from 600-700 weight parts of ordinary Portland cement, 15-20 weight parts of ceramsite, 35-50 weight parts of coal cinder, 55-80 weight parts of fly ash, 8-10 weight parts of polyester fiber, 800-1000 weight parts of water, 30-40 weight parts of light thermal-insulating filler, 6-8 weight parts of cocoanut cellulose, 0.2-0.4 weight parts of cement enhancer, 0.8-1 weight part of curing agent and 0.1-0.3 weight part of cement foaming agent; a step (2) of foaming; a step (3) of preparation of anti-cracking gridding cloth; a step (4) of solidification forming; and a step (5) of aftertreatment. The process for micro foaming of the assembly type building light wallboard has the advantages that the light materials such as the ceramsite and the cocoanut cellulose are adopted and prepared into the light wallboard high in combination property together with the ordinary Portland cement, the coal cinder, the fly ash and other auxiliaries according to a certain proportion.
