The invention relates to a chlorination furnace
slag washing treatment method and a use of a treatment liquid. The chlorination furnace
slag washing treatment method comprises that
chloride ions in chlorination furnace
slag are dissolved into water by
water washing so that the
chloride ions are removed. The use of the chlorination furnace slag washing treatment liquid comprises the following steps of 1, separating precipitates of Ca<2+>, Mg<2+>, SO4<2->, Fe<3+> and other heavy
metal ions in
chloride ion-containing water obtained by
water washing from the solution, and removing the precipitates and insoluble impurities by
filtration to obtain a filtrate as an
electrolyte for the next process, and 2, electrolyzing the chloride
ion-containing water obtained by the above process to produce
chlorine,
hydrogen and a caustic soda solution. The chlorination furnace slag washing treatment method solves a key technical problem limiting use of chlorination furnace slag in a
building material industry. Through the chlorination furnace slag washing treatment method, chloride ions in chlorination furnace slag are removed and the chlorination furnace slag can be directly used in the
building material industry so that chloride
ion-containing
water treatment and recycling are realized simultaneously and a large amount of
chlorine is provided for a chlorination process of TiCl4 preparation. Through removal of harmful
impurity ions and other insoluble impurities,
saline water satisfying electrolytic requirements is obtained and a production cost is low.
