The method comprises the specific steps of: adding anaerobic sludge used as inoculation sludge in an amount which is 10 to 15 percent based on the effective volume of an anaerobic reactor into the anaerobic reactor, feeding materials every day and not discharging, wherein according to a feeding strategy, effective microbial biomass of each day in the reactor is calculated, and starting a fermentation system every day in a feeding ratio, wherein the feeding ratio of matrix to the effective microbial biomass is always 10 percent. According to a reactor quick start CANON process developed by using a stationary type combined packing and a three-phase separator, by virtue of 25 days of continuous operation, the CANON process is directly started to achieve the purposes that the influent total nitrogen (TN) load is 0.2Kg.m<-3>.d<-1>, the total nitrogen removal load is more than 0.18Kg.m<-3>.d<-1>, and the ammonia nitrogen (NH4<+>-N) removal rate is more than 91%. Moreover, in the starting process, NO3<->-N / deltaNH4<+>-N is less than 0.11. The basic process includes: (1) using a mixture of cow dung and dehydrated sludge in a VS ratio of 1:1 to conduct thermophilic methanobacteria initial enrichment in a 65DEG C anaerobic reactor; (2) mixing a mixture equal to the amount of that in step (1) with the initially enriched material, and conducting thermophilic methanobacteria secondary enrichment; (3) employing a mixture of cow dung and sludge in a VS ratio of 1:1 to start the reactor, controlling the daily adding amount accounting for 5-8% of the total amount in the reactor, and keeping no discharging in the process; and (4) within 3 SRT time, replacing mixed feeding gradually with pure sludge feeding, thus completing start of the sludge superhigh temperature anaerobic digestion reactor. The gas production rate is recorded every day, and the methane content is tested. When pure sludge is fed, and the methane content reaches more than 50%, the reactor start can be considered smooth. Experiments prove that the method can realize quick start of the sludge superhigh temperature anaerobic digestion system.
