The method comprises the following steps: 1, adding a binder solution prepared from a polymer water-soluble bio-based binder and water to a seed-fertilizing soil mixture composed of a water-soluble fertilizer containing humic acid, grass seeds and sand soil, and stirring the materials evenly to obtain prefabricated seed-fertilizing soil granules; 2, preparing a natural polymer material solution and a crosslinking agent solution; 3, spraying the crosslinking agent solution on surfaces of the prefabricated seed-fertilizing soil granules to obtain a prefabricated seed-fertilizing soil granule semi-product; 4, adding the prefabricated seed-fertilizing soil granule semi-product into thenatural polymer material solution to obtain seed-fertilizing soil gel; and 5, after water-soaking the seed-fertilizing soil gel, spraying the water-soaked seed-fertilizing soil gel on a sand surfacelayer. Water absorption and water retention characteristics of the gel are utilized to provide humidity and temperature conditions for grass seeds, the survival rate of the grass seeds is improved, problems that water and fertilizer retention performance of sand land is poor and large temperature differences cause difficult growth of the grass seeds are solved, and the degradable integrated seed-fertilizing soil desertification control method is suitable for control for degradation grassland, mobile sand, semi-mobile sand and fixed sand.
