The invention discloses an immunochromatography detection card for detecting
fluorescent microspheres of
ketamine and methyl
amphetamine and a preparation method thereof. The detection card is a double-card type, wherein one card is used for detecting the
ketamine and the other is used for detecting the methyl
amphetamine so as to realize the simultaneous detection of the
ketamine and the methyl
amphetamine. The detection card sequentially comprises a
filter paper, a sample pad, a
glass fiber film, a pyroxylin film and a drinking paper; antibodies marked by
fluorescent microspheres are sprayedon the
glass fiber film; and a detection zone and a quality-
control zone are respectively fixed on the pyroxylin film. The invention adopts a nucleocapsid double-structure shining nano-particle compounded by
silicon dioxide and fluorescent substance as a mark, and also adopts immunochromatography technology to realize the quick
immunoassay of the ketamine and the methyl amphetamine. When in detection, an optimal excitation
light source of the fluorescent
microsphere is adopted to carry out excitation, and then whether the fluorescent substance exists on detection line can be detected by nakedeye after excited
fluorescence passes through a spectral filter device. The detection card has the advantages of high sensitivity, quick
detection performance, convenient operation and economical andpractical property.
