The invention relates to a sulfydryl
cellulose porous material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The sulfydryl
cellulose porous material contains the
raw material components of
cellulose suspension liquid and a sulfydryl
silane coupling agent in a
mass ratio of (1 to 0.3)-(1 to 4). The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding the sulfydryl
silane coupling agent into the cellulose suspension liquid, adjusting the pH value, and stirring at the
room temperature, so as to obtain cellulose-
silane suspension liquid; and freezing the cellulose-silane suspension liquid in
liquid nitrogen so as to obtain cellulose-silane icy gel, and carrying out
freeze drying, baking and curing, so as to obtain the sulfydryl cellulose porous material. Compared with the existing commercial enrichment adsorbent, namely sulfydryl cotton, in the prior art, the sulfydryl cellulose porous material has excellent performance of uniform porous mesh structure, relatively large specific surface area, relatively high sulfydryl content and good
mechanical property, reaction raw materials are environment-friendly,
reaction conditions are mild, and the process is simple, efficient and controllable. The sulfydryl cellulose porous material has wide application prospects in the fields of heavy
metal adsorption, enrichment and detection, catalyst carriers,
chromatographic separation and analysis and the like.
