The invention discloses a method for detecting the content of
heavy metals in the lining liner of cigarette. The detection method comprises the following steps: 1, preprocessing the inner liner for cigarette: shearing the inner liner for cigarette by using sterile scissors to form chippings with the area of 5mm*5mm, placing the chippings in a sample
plastic bottle, adding an
acetic acid solution with the concentration of 0.5-6.0%, covering by using a cover, putting the covered
bottle in an oven, setting the temperature at 25-80DEG C, allowing the covered
bottle to stand for 1-12h, taking out the covered
bottle, cooling to
room temperature, centrifuging through a high speed
centrifuge, and taking out the upper
clear liquid to form a liquid to be detected; 2, making a standard working curve; and 3, determining the content of
arsenic, lead,
cadmium,
chromium and
nickel. The method fills the gap in the method for detecting the content of
heavy metals in the inner liner in industry, and has the advantages of preprocessing of the inner liner for cigarette without a strong acid or a strong oxidizing
solvent, simple operation, prevention of the generation of a toxic and harmful waste liquid, high detection safety, and detection accuracy increase due to
no detection microwave digestion treatment before the detection.
