The invention relates to a novel efficient desulfurization and
denitrification agent. The novel efficient desulfurization and
denitrification agent is prepared by taking
solid waste
slag as a main material and taking
calcium hypochlorite as an auxiliary material, wherein the
solid waste
slag contains a certain quantity of iron and
calcium playing an important role in desulfurization and
denitrification of
flue gas, and through determination, the content of average effective
calcium in the waste
slag is 20%, the content of average effective iron is 8.6%, the content of Fe<2+> is 5.8%, and the content of Fe<3+> is 2.6%. The novel efficient desulfurization and denitrification agent takes
calcium hypochlorite as the auxiliary material and takes Ca(ClO)2 as an absorption medium for desulfurization and denitrification reaction, thereby having the following two advantages: (1) ClO- has very strong oxidizing property so as to be favorable for oxidizing SO2 and NO dissolved in water to SO4<2-> and NO3<-> which are in highest valence states respectively, and removing together; (2) a large amount of Ca<2+> exists in a
reaction system, and the
dissolution of slightly soluble CaSO4 is inhibited so as to be favorable for producing a
solid precipitate and further promoting the movement of balance of the desulfurization and denitrification reaction to the
positive direction. The novel efficient desulfurization and denitrification agent can effectively remove
sulfur and nitrates in the
flue gas, and fully utilize the solid waste slag so as to reduce the serious harm to the water and soil; simultaneously, the novel efficient desulfurization and denitrification agent can be fully utilized to perform desulfurization and denitrification on the
flue gas so as to achieve the effects of purifying and protecting the environment.
