Substrate processing system and substrate cleaning apparatus

This invention provides a substrate processing system that enables foreign matter adhered to a rear surface or a periphery of a substrate to be completely removed. A processing assembly (15) of a substrate cleaning apparatus of the substrate processing system (10) including: a chamber (38) for accepting a wafer (W); a holding table (39) configured at the bottom of the chamber (38) and for placing the wafer W; a spray head configured at the top in the chamber (38) and opposite to the holding table (39).The holding table (39) jets the mixed cleaning agent of cleaning substrate (such as pure water) and inactive gas (such as N2) in two phases of a gas phase and a liquid phase at the back side or edge part facing to the wafer (W). The spray head (40) generates the down-flow facing to the surface of the wafer (W).

Tamper evident container seal with integral pull opener

A multi layered leak proof tamper evident container closure seal with an integral pull opener is constructed from a first layer of leak proof frangible sheet material that is adhesively bonded to a second layer of strengthening sheet material. The strengthening layer contains a varied C shaped cut out void configuration that forms a breaking pattern that turns the strengthening layer into a break and tear template layer. The adhesive layer bonding the frangible layer to the template includes an area void of the adhesive that duplicates the cut out void configuration of the breaking pattern. The seal is also bonded to the container rim without any adhesive being present in the area of the cut out void configuration of the breaking pattern thereby leaving only the single frangible layer covering over the C shaped cut out void configuration forming the breaking pattern which creates a weakness in the multi layered seal only in the area of the C shaped breaking pattern. When a consumer forces a finger into the installed seal the applied pressure forces the seal to break open and tear only in the weaker area of the C shaped breaking pattern configuration that follows in close proximity the inside perimeter of the container rim while the rim contact portion of the seal remains bonded to the container rim. The broken open C shaped central portion of the seal then forms a connected pull tab that can be lifted back out and pulled from the container. The ability of the seal to be easily broken open while the rim contact portion of the seal remains bonded to the container rim allows the seal to be bonded to the rim with either a strong adhesive that forces the pull tab to tear from the rim contact portion of the seal, or a weak adhesive that allows the rim contact portion of the seal to peel from the container rim along with the pull tab.

Ultrasonic cleaning device and ultrasonic cleaning method

Provided is an ultrasonic cleaning device and ultrasonic cleaning method that can suppress occurrences of damage to substrates being cleaned and, additionally, can carry out cleaning with a high degree of cleanliness for substrates and the like, which have high degrees of precision and are used by the electronics industry and the like. An article (16) being cleaned is held so as to be positioned in the proximity of below the surface of a cleaning fluid outside of a region (ultrasonic exposure region) formed by perpendicular lines extending from an oscillation surface of an ultrasonic transducer (2) to the fluid surface. Capillary waves (20) are formed on the surface of the cleaning fluid by ultrasonic waves, and without directly exposing the article being cleaned (16) to the ultrasonic waves, microparticle contamination on the article being cleaned (16) is detached by the sound pressure made by the capillary waves (20), thus suppressing occurrences of damage to the substrate being cleaned.

Life safety alarm with a sealed battery power supply

A life safety alarm, for example a smoke alarm, that is battery powered, has an extended life, and is less prone to user mistakes. The batteries are sealed inside the alarm portion so that the batteries cannot be accessed by the user. As a result, the batteries are not replaceable. Rather, the alarm portion is replaced at the end of the alarm life, for example after expiration of a predetermined time period, such as ten years. The alarm is designed to be automatically activated upon initial attachment of the alarm portion to the bracket. The alarm can be manually deactivated, but once deactivated, the alarm cannot be reactivated and the alarm portion cannot be reattached to the bracket.

Trunk whitewashing method for road green belt

The invention belongs to the technical field of greening maintenance, and particularly relates to a trunk whitewashing method for a road green belt. A trunk whitewashing device is adopted for cooperatively implementing the method and comprises a base, wherein idler wheels and a push frame are installed on the base, two installing plates are installed on the base, strip-shaped slide grooves are formed in the side faces of the installing plates, and two first air cylinders are in sliding fit with each other in the strip-shaped slide grooves. Semicircular installing frames are fixedly connected to the ends of the first air cylinders, semicircular slide grooves are formed in the upper surfaces of the semicircular installing frames, and have the identical radius and are matched with each otherin end, vertical n-shaped installing frames are in sliding fit with each other in the semicircular slide grooves, and sweeping mechanisms and brushing mechanisms are installed on the n-shaped installing frames. Before trunks of trees on the green belt are whitewashed by means of the trunk whitewashing method, hairbrush rollers rotating at a high speed conduct annular sweeping on the surface of bark in the vertical direction to clean away moss and other inquilines growing in gaps of the bark, in this way, a whitewashing agent sufficiently enters the gaps of the bark to kill pests hidden in treegaps, and the whitewashing effect is improved.
