The invention relates to a bridgewire
welding device for a novel digital electronic
detonator, comprising two
metal leg wires, a fuse head, a fixed block and a shell, wherein the two
metal leg wires are positioned in the shell and extend out of the shell, one end of each
metal leg wire is used for
welding a bridgewire, the other end is used for connecting a firing circuit of the
detonator, and both ends of the two metal leg wires are in sheet shapes; the fixed block is positioned in the shell and used for fixing the metal leg wires, and the shape of the fixed block is a cube with filleted corners; the inner wall of the shell is provided with a groove matched with the shaped of the fixed block, the shell includes two structures, one structure can fully encircle the fixed block, and the other structure does not encircle the fixed block and is connected with the metal leg wires used for
welding the bridgewires. The invention enhances the welding reliability, realizes the automated welding operation and has good
conductivity after welding and very
low resistance coefficient or the resistance coefficient approximate to zero; the fixed block and the shell are formed into an integer with injection molding, thereby realizing the integrating; static-free
polyvinyl chloride is adopted, thereby preventing the static; and in addition, the metal leg wires of the
detonator are fixed in the fixed block, thereby preventing the
short circuit between the metal leg wires.
