graphene fiber supercapacitor and a manufacturing method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: 1) dissolving a
graphene oxide raw material in deionized water, and then obtaining a
graphene oxide dispersion liquid having a
mass fraction, 2) extruding the
grapheme oxide dispersion liquid into a configured solidification liquid using a
spinning head having a certain
caliber, and then obtiang a graphene oxide
fiber, 4) placing the obtained graphene oxide
fiber in reducing environment to perform reduction, and then obtaining a graphene fiber, 5) disposing a layer of a
polymer solution on the obtained graphene fiber in a dip-
coating manner, and then obtaining the graphene fiber wrapped in
polymer gel, 6) disposing a layer of the graphene oxide dispersion liquid on the graphene fiber wrapped in a
polymer in a dip-
coating manner, and performing
drying, 7) placing the fiber in the reducing environment to perform the reduction, and 8) disposing a layer of a polymer
electrolyte on the fiber in a dip-
coating manner, and performing fully swelling in an
electrolyte solution. The method is simple and convenient, and is low in cost, green, environmental-friendly, and suitable for large-scale industrial production; specific
capacitance of a
capacitor is high, the
supercapacitor has good circulation and good
toughness and can be used in
energy storage, flexible material and other fields.
