The invention relates to a fabricated bridge construction method based on a BIM. The fabricated bridge construction method is characterized by comprising the following steps that according to
project design drawings and construction parameters, through a Revit modeling platform, bridge piers, collar beams, cover beams, box beams, internal components and
steel bar BIM unit models of a fabricated bridge are established, and meanwhile time parameters are given to all the unit models; and after modeling of all the unit models is completed, the
assembly process of the whole fabricated bridge is subjected to analogue
simulation through 4D
animation, whether errors exist in the positions of pre-buried pieces or not in modeling of all parts of the fabricated bridge is verified in the
assembly simulation process, highlighted marks are made, the
project design drawings and the construction parameters are re-checked and amended according to
simulation results, and an on-site construction drawing is rectified and determined in advance. Prefabricating and mounting accuracy of the fabricated bridge is remarkably improved, production cost is saved, meanwhile construction efficiency is improved, and the construction period is shortened.
