water supply system needsto achieve 24-hour all-weather high-reliability uninterrupted operation and the operation state of a
pipe network needs to be monitored in real time; the coverage area of a water distribution
pipe network is huge, underground pipe networks interfere with one another and occupy disorderly, and

network monitoring data is obtained mostly by manual monitoring, the monitoring means is backward, and
