Problems solved by technology

[0010] 1. Under the peristaltic extrusion of the infusion pump, the gravity infusion set made of ordinary PVC is prone to fatigue rupture and elastic attenuation
[0011] 2. It can only control the dripping speed of the liquid by manually setting the dripping speed, but cannot intelligently control the dripping speed of the infusion according to the patient's physiological condition
[0012] 3. The automatic closing device is irreversible. Once it is closed by mistake, it is difficult for the patient to open it by himself, which also increases the cost of the equipment
[0013] 4. It can only send an alarm when the liquid level reaches the warning position, and cannot give real-time feedback to the patient on the liquid dripping speed and remaining infusion time
[0014] 5. Failure to report to the police in time when patients have adverse infusion reactions or drug allergies, resulting in many medical accidents
[0015] 6. It is not possible to intelligently control the drip speed of each device according to the overall data in the system to avoid multiple patients completing the infusion at the same time, causing nurses to work nervously
[0016] 7. It is not possible to scientifically and intelligently manage the infusion situation of the entire patient group, and record the physiological response of the patient during the infusion to facilitate doctors to make accurate diagnoses for patients
[0017] 8. In order to expand the new modules of the traditional wired network, new lines must be added. The maintenance of a large number of lines is extremely inconvenient, and it cannot effectively manage patients with extra beds.

Abstract

A wireless sensor network based intelligent infusion system comprises more than two infusion devices; every infusion device is provided with a wireless intelligent speed measuring terminal; the output of a wireless hand wrist type physiological characteristic detector is in wireless connection with the wireless intelligent speed measuring terminals; the wireless connection between the wireless intelligent speed measuring terminals and a PC (Personal computer) is achieved through a wireless router; an antenna and a display screen are arranged outside every wireless intelligent speed measuring terminal; a temperature control heating plate, a processing module and a battery are arranged inside every wireless intelligent speed measuring terminal; the antennas and the display screens are connected with the processing modules; the infusion dripping speed is controlled by servo motors which are arranged on the infusion devices; the drip speed is measured through photoelectric speed measuring modules which are arranged on the infusion devices; the servo motors and the photoelectric speed measuring modules are connected with the processing modules; the batteries are used for providing power for the processing modules and the photoelectric speed measuring modules. According to the wireless sensor network based intelligent infusion system, the dripping speed can be automatically controlled, an alarm can be automatically given, and the remote control on the infusion is achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of infusion systems, in particular to an intelligent drip system based on a wireless sensor network. Background technique [0002] At present, the known disposable infusion set is a common infusion set-style disposable medical consumable that is mainly used for intravenous infusion after aseptic treatment to establish a channel between the vein and the liquid medicine. It is generally composed of an intravenous needle, a protective cap, an infusion hose, a liquid medicine filter, a flow rate regulator, a drip pot, a cork puncturer, and an air inlet pipe air filter connection. [0003] With the development of technology in recent years, some auxiliary infusion products have come out. [0004] Among the currently existing products: [0005] The patent with the notification number 97122502.8 discloses an infusion pump. The infusion pump is a common device. By pressing the infusion tube on the conveyor belt of...
