Provided is a disc-type electrocatalytic
water treatment device. The disc-type electrocatalytic
water treatment device comprises a casing with a water inlet and a water outlet, wherein a plurality ofcathode pressure pressing plates and
anode plates which are sequentially stacked in a staggered mode are arranged in the casing, central holes are formed in the
cathode pressing plates and
anode plates, and a central shaft penetrates through the central holes to position and press the
cathode pressing plates and the
anode plates so as to form a disc-type structure and isolate the
cathode pressingplates and the anode plates at the central holes; and when to-be-treated
wastewater is introduced from the water inlet, the
wastewater sequentially flows there and back among the cathode pressing plates and the anode plates so as to form a passage and flow out of the water outlet. The disc-type design is utilized to increase the reaction
mass transfer efficiency and the
reaction path, and the reaction efficiency of electrocatalytic oxidation is improved; since a cathode-anode staggered stacking mode is adopted by electrocatalytic electrodes, the
electrode placement density is increased, and thus the reaction efficiency is increased; and it is shown by results of salt-containing
industrial wastewater treatment that the method has good electrocatalytic oxidation ability, the removal efficiency of chroma,
ammonia nitrogen and COD in high-salt
wastewater can be improved significantly, and
effluent can reach the comprehensive first-level
discharge standard of the wastewater.
