Sunlight is gathered to a vacuum

oil temperature is measured through a temperature sensor in the storing and releasing hot

heat exchanger is opened, and the heat conduction oil enters the liquid-gas
heat exchanger through a
thermal insulation oil pipe to exchange heat with process gas; after heat exchange, the heat conduction oil is circulated into the storing and releasing hot
oil tank, a boiler fan blows the heated process gas into a
diameter-changing tube, tobacco shreds are dried, and the well dried tobacco shreds enter a
cyclone separator along with air flow to be separated; the tobacco shreds fall into a tobacco shred placing box through the blanking
airlock position at the bottom of the
cyclone separator, and the process gas leaves the top of the
cyclone separator and returns to the boiler fan installed at the low position to be circulated. A groove type light gathering
system is adopted to
supply energy, the tobacco shreds are dried through the
diameter-changing type
drying tube, energy can be saved, the environment is protected, the
plant height requirements of the
drying tube are effectively reduced, drying efficiency can be effectively improved, and the diameter-changing tube type air flow tobacco shred drying device has a wide application prospect in the field of
solar energy heat utilization.
