The invention relates to an
air filter element with multiple filtering effects. The
air filter element comprises electrostatic dust collection paper, a plurality of first micropores, a
fiber adsorption layer, a plurality of second micropore, fibers and an
activated carbon layer. The first micropores are formed in the electrostatic dust collection paper, the
fiber adsorption layer is adhered to theupper side of the electrostatic dust collection paper, the second micropores are formed in the
fiber adsorption layer, the first micropores in the electrostatic dust collection paper and the second micropores in the fiber adsorption layer are staggered in position, the second micropores are filled with the fibers, and the
activated carbon adsorption layer which is prepared by
coating a non-wovenfabric externally with
activated carbon particles is adhered to the upper side of the fiber adsorption layer. The
air filter element has the advantages that the air
filter element is simple in integral structure, has the multiple adsorption effects, can guarantee little difference of using states of positions of the air
filter element from the bottom air inlet face to the top air outlet face, andavoids the condition that the whole air
filter element is fully replaced as the air outlet face is relatively new while the air inlet face needs to be replaced, so that the air filter element plays afull adsorption role, the service life of the air filter element is prolonged, and the using cost is lowered.
