The invention discloses a method for assisting algicidal
bacteria for
algae-lysing and an in-situ mixing and oxygenating device. The device comprises a tank body, a
floating system and a
bacteria throwing
system, wherein the tank body is suspended in water through a
buoyancy force of a float
system; the
bacteria throwing
system is located in the tank body. The device also comprises a dosing system and a stirring system, wherein the dosing system comprises an H2O2
storage tank; the H2O2
storage tank is located in the tank body; the stirring system is located under the tank body, and comprises a rotary shaft; an upper
paddle and a lower
paddle are arranged on the rotary shaft and inclined to a horizontal surface; the upper
paddle adopts a single-side sawtooth-shaped structure. According to the device provided by the invention, at the earlier stage of operation, the concentration of dissolved
oxygen in water is increased by utilizing the H2O2, the paddles run at high speed so as to break part of
algae, and a growth condition of the algicidal bacteria is provided, which is the key of efficiently removing
algae through the device. At the later stage of operation, the stirring device runs at
low speed so as to promote the algicidal bacteria and the algae to mix sufficiently, the whole system is at a suspended state, the occurrence of deposit is prevented through stirring, meanwhile, the dissolved
oxygen with a certain concentration is contained in the water, the update of a liquid level is promoted, and meanwhile, growth and
reproduction of the algae are inhibited.
