The top end of a device body is fixedly connected with a driving motor; the lower end of the driving motor is rotationally connected with adriving shaft; a bearing at the upper end of the driving shaft is rotationally connected with the device body; the upper part of the driving shaft is fixedly connected with a semi-conical gear respectively; a toothed part of the semi-conical gear is meshed with a first conical gear; the first conical gear is fixedly connected with a lead screw; a bearing at the other end of the lead screw is rotationally connected with the device body; the lead screw is in threaded connection with a sleeving block; the front part and the rear part of the sleeving block are fixedly connected with support rods;the end parts of the support rods are connected with sliding chutes in a sliding way; the sliding chutes are formed in the upper part of a swinging plate. According to the sewage treatment aeration device, the lead screw is used for driving the sleeving block to move leftwards and rightwards in a reciprocating way in order to drive the swinging plate to swing and fully mix gas and liquid inside the device body; the second conical gear drives a driven shaft and a stirring bar under the action of an annular conical rack to revolve and rotate simultaneously, so that a better mixing effect is achieved.
