system. The method comprises the steps of: reading
original data of a power distribution network, establishing an uncertainty
probability model of output and load of a
distributed power supply, performing initial
probabilistic load flow calculation by utilizing a two-point
estimation method to obtain statistical data of the node
voltage and the objective function of each phase, determining whether a
voltage out-of-limit problem occurs in medium-voltage and low-voltage regions or not, and if not, returning to enter the next
control period; otherwise, on the basis of
probabilistic load flow calculation, establishing the three-phase
voltage control model of the medium-
low voltage integrated power distribution network, performing solving by using a
genetic algorithm to obtain a regulation and control value of each
control variable, and further controlling the medium-lowvoltage integrated power distribution network. The
active control capability of the low-voltage power distribution network is fully utilized, the low-voltage power distribution network is coordinatedand controlled with the medium-voltage power distribution network to solve the problem that an original low-voltage power distribution network is passively controlled by the medium-voltage power distribution network, and the operation efficiency and the
operation safety of the power distribution network are improved.
