The invention discloses a
transformer oil rapid aging reactor. The
transformer oil rapid aging reactor comprises a reactor, which contains
transformer oil, and is divided into a liquid part and a gas part; a
temperature control module, which comprises a
heating element, a
PID controller and a main
control unit that is used for sending a heating instruction to the
PID controller to enable the
PID controller to control the
heating power of the
heating element; a liquid testing module, which comprises a liquid pump, a first regulating valve, a first cooling device, a first
infrared spectrometer and a first heating device, which are connected in sequence; an
atmosphere control module, which comprises an air extractor, a second regulating valve, a second cooling device, a second
infrared spectrometer and a second heating device, which are connected in sequence; and an
electromagnetic field control module, which comprises a parallel
voltage plate placed in the liquid, a coil and a
voltage regulator, wherein the
voltage regulator is connected with the PID controller and used for adjusting the voltage of the parallel voltage plate or the coil. According to the reactor provided by the invention, the aging process of the
transformer oil is scientifically and effectively analyzed in combination with
multiple factors, and the accuracy of the analysis result is improved.
