electromagnet control circuit for
low voltage switch electric appliances, which comprises an
electromagnet, an external
AC power input circuit, a
rectifier and filtering circuit, a self-feedback pulse-width modulation and IGBT drive circuit, a starting
delay circuit, an input
voltage sampling circuit, and a control
chip MCU circuit. The
signal transmission of the circuits is: the self-feedback pulse-width modulation and IGBT drive circuit modulates and outputs pulse width according to load of the
electromagnet, so as to control attraction and release of the electromagnet; the starting
delay circuit adjusts feedback resistance value at the attraction moment aiming at the condition that the electromagnet needs heavy current at the attraction moment and keeps low current after the attraction, so as to adjust pulse width of output
voltage to provide starting heavy current for the electromagnet; when the starting time is up, the starting
delay circuit adjusts the feedback resistance value to adjust the pulse width of the output
voltage, so as to provide maintaining low current for the electromagnet; and the input voltage sampling circuit detects external
AC power input, transforms a voltage
signal into a frequency
signal through a V / f converting agent, and transmits the signal to the control
chip MCU.
