divalent mercury standard gas generation
system and a working method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of
gaseous mercury monitoring and analysis. A first inlet of a
siphon type tee joint is connected with a low-temperature end of a gradient
evaporation chamber, a high-temperature end of the gradient
evaporation chamber is connected with thetee joint through a carrier
gas pipeline, and the tee joint is further connected with a second inlet and a preheater; the preheater is connected with a flow valve, the flow valve is connected with afilter, and the filter is connected with a
nitrogen storage device; an outlet is connected with two branches, a reduction reactor and an
elemental mercury standard gas control valve are arranged on one
branch, and a
divalent mercury standard gas control valve is arranged on the other
branch; and a heating module is arranged outside the gradient
evaporation chamber, the gradient evaporation chamberis connected with a liquid inlet device, the liquid inlet device is connected with a stop valve, the stop valve is connected with a pump, and the pump is connected with a mercuric
chloride standard
liquid storage device. The structure design is reasonable, stable output of mercury standard gas concentrations of different valence states is achieved, and accuracy of mercury and mercury compound detection equipment checking and related scientific tests is guaranteed.
