The invention discloses a
seawater coagulation
turbidity removing
system. With existing
seawater purifying apparatuses, when sea
water quality fluctuation is large, the quality of obtained water is hard to satisfy the requirement of subsequent production processes. The invention aims at solving the problem. The
system comprises a
raw water pump communicating with raw
seawater, a pipeline mixer, a flocculating agent dosing pump, a coagulant aid dosing pump, a
sludge discharging tank, a coagulative precipitating apparatus, and a PLC controller. The
raw water pump, the pipeline mixer, and the coagulative precipitating apparatus are sequentially connected by using pipelines. An input water detecting device is arranged on the connecting pipeline between the
raw water pump and the pipeline mixer. A discharged water
turbidity sensor is arranged on a water outlet of the coagulative precipitating apparatus. The flocculating agent dosing pump, the coagulant aid dosing pump, the input water detecting device and the discharged water
turbidity sensor are respectively connected to the PLC controller. With the
system provided by the invention, the agent dosage can be precisely controlled according to the turbidity variation of the raw seawater. Therefore, quality of treated seawater can satisfy the requirement of subsequent production processes. The operation of the system is simple, and the
automaticity of the system is high.
