In a method for increasing biological carbon reserve and carbon sequestration, excellent and high-output bio-varieties are selected, small bio-varieties grow big, short bio-varieties grow high, and long, thin bio-varieties grow thick, light bio-varieties grow heavy and amount of bio-varieties increases. The method comprises steps of (1) breeding high-output organisms to improve output and increase biosphere carbon reserve total amount, (2) utilizing organic fertilizers and humic acid, biological bacterial fertilizers to a saline-alkali soil, draught desert lands and polluted soil to improvethe soil, then planting high-output plants, improving output by a cutting technology, accelerating root update and enlarging soil carbon reserve amount, and (3) collecting, forming, seal-packing and comprehensively utilizing the biology, controlling amount of carbon in the biosphere released to the atmosphere. Atmospheric carbon dioxide negative growth can be realized; haze can be eliminated; andglobal climate change can be adjusted.
