A toxic material detection apparatus includes a sample collection portion including a sample inlet and a sample concentrator adapted to concentrate an environmental sample on a substrate. A sample distributing system transfers portions of the substrate to a color sensor and an ion mobility spectrometer for simultaneously analysis and toxin detection, particularly cholinesterase inhibitor detection. Optionally, a portion of the substrate may be directed to an archive for possible analysis at a later time. Reagents utilized include the enzyme acetylcholinesterase (AChE), and the reactants acetylthiocholine iodide (ATCI) and 5,5′-dithio-bis-(2-nitrobenzoic acid) (DTB). A data management unit provides for near-real-time analysis of the samples in under 5 minutes. Simultaneous “hits” by both analysis methods indicate the presence of a cholinesterase inhibitor.

The method comprises the following steps: mashing and uniformly mixing to-be-determined faeces, freeze-drying the to-be-determined faeces by using a freeze dryer, leaching the to-be-determined faeces by using methanol, centrifuging, taking a supernatant, and blow-drying the supernatant by using a termovap sample concentrator; performing dissolution by using an acetonitrile n-hexane solution, centrifuging, taking a subnatant, and filtering the subnatant by using a microfiltration membrane; and performing high performance liquid chromatography detection on a machine, and quantifying the melatonin in the faeces sample by adopting an external standard method. The melatonin in the faeces is extracted and detected for the first time; the detection method is high in sensitivity, high in specificity, good in stability and accurate and reliable in result; a novel animal non-invasive melatonin detection method can be established; and the circadian rhythm of animal endogenous melatonin secretion is clarified.

By adopting the method, the extraction and recovery rates of the piperazine in thechicken tissue, the egg and the pork at the fortified concentration of LOQ are both more than or equal to 72.86%, the extraction and recovery rates of the piperazine at the fortified concentrations of0.5 MRL, 1.0 MRL an 2.0 MRL are more than or equal to 82.26%, and the requirement of a method for detecting the residue of a veterinary drug is met.

The invention discloses a method for detecting the content of marbofloxacin in dog blood plasma. The method comprises the following steps: 1, taking a marbofloxacin-containing dog blood plasma sample,adding marbofloxacin used as an internal standard substance, carrying out vortex uniform mixing for 8-13 s, adding acetonitrile to precipitate proteins, carrying out vortex uniform mixing for 20-40 s, standing the obtained material for 2-4 min, centrifuging the material, and taking the obtained supernatant; 2, carrying out 50 DEG C blow drying on the supernatant obtained in step 1 by a Termovap sample concentrator, adding a mobile phase solution to redissolve the dried supernatant, and allowing the redissolved supernatant to go through a 0.22 [mu]m micro-porous filtering film to obtain a sample to be detected; and 3, taking the sample to be detected, obtained in step 2, and qualitatively and quantitatively detecting the sample to be detected through LC-MS / MS.
