A modular quantum computer architecture is developed with a hierarchy of interactions that can scale to very large numbers of qubits. Local entangling quantum gates between qubit memories within a single modular register are accomplished using natural interactions between the qubits, and entanglement between separate modular registers is completed via a probabilistic photonic interface between qubits in different registers, even over large distances. This architecture is suitable for the implementation of complex quantum circuits utilizing the flexible connectivity provided by a reconfigurable photonic interconnect network. The subject architecture is made fault-tolerant which is a prerequisite for scalability. An optimal quantum control of multimode couplings between qubits is accomplished via individual addressing the qubits with segmented optical pulses to suppress crosstalk in each register, thus enabling high-fidelity gates that can be scaled to larger qubit registers for quantum computation and simulation.

The invention provides a flow generator virtualization realization system and a flow generator virtualization realization method based on SDN, wherein the system and the method belong to the field of communication technology. The system comprises an interaction layer, a control layer and a data layer, wherein the control layer is composed of a topology representing module, a network virtualization module and a flow probe control module. A user performs self definition of a topology experiment according to a self requirement through network topology information which is sensed by the topology representing module. The network virtualization module constructs a flow table with a VLAN identification according to the user-defined topology and self specific characteristics, and transmits the flow table with the VLAN characteristic to an SDN exchange cluster. Network nodes with same VLAN identification form a logical virtual network. A data flows which are generated by the user re transmitted in respectively established virtual logical networks, thereby realizing data isolation of multiple experiment users in parallel operation, satisfying parallel operations of more experiment users, further improving network testing efficiency and reducing fund investment.

The method for testing the integrity of the grid oxide layer comprises the following steps of: testing the integrity of the grid oxide layer through a first welding pad and a second welding pad, calibrating that a test result is in a passed state and finishing the test if the test is passed; or else, testing whether a short-circuited problem exists between the first welding pad and a third welding pad or between the second welding pad and the third welding pad; calibrating that the test result is in a passed state and finishing the test if the short-circuited problem exists; and calibrating that the test result is in a failed state and finishing the test if the short-circuited problem does not exist. The invention eliminates the interference of a short-circuited problem in a metal interaction layer on the test result and improves the test accuracy in testing the integrity of the grid oxide layer and the dielectric layer.
