The invention discloses a
microwave oven capable of being heated to a fixed temperature. The
microwave oven comprises a shell, a heating space and a heating disc arranged in the shell, a furnace door for sealing the heating space, a controller for controlling the operation of the
microwave oven, and a control panel arranged on the front surface of the shell. The

probe type temperature sensor, wherein the
probe type temperature sensor is arranged in the heating space and comprises a piercing part which pierces into food, a

probe type temperature sensor is utilized and can be inserted into the food for acquiring the temperature inside the food, so that whether the food is heated thoroughly can be accurately known, and excessive heating or
insufficient heating is avoided to a certain degree. According to the
